Dahlia 'Kelsey Sunshine'
This is a lovely and welcome replacement for 'Clair de Lune', which is, sadly, no longer in large scale tuber production. 'Kelsey Sunshine' has the same collarette form and pale yellow colouring. Try mingling in the border with cool blue salvia uliginosa.
