- All bulbs, tubers, rootstock and corms are sold as being true to type. If you receive and grow an item and it is not as described, we will either replace that season (if stocks are available), issue a credit note or issue a refund. However, we do require evidence of the item being incorrect, prilmarily a reasonable quality image so that we can assess your claim. Without this we cannot entertain any claims.
- All items are supplied with full cultivation instructions. However as we have no control over how they are planted, and the prevailing weather conditions during growth, we cannot accept responsibility for crop failures. We do grow samples of most varieties we supply and if we have a problem with these, we may modify these terms.
- Due to the fact that items sold are dormant when supplied, we can take no responsibility for distress if the blooms are incorrect.
- All bulbs, corms and tubers are packed by hand by experienced growers, and we expect them to grow correctly, but if you are dissatisfied with their quality when you receive them, you may return them at your cost and we will refund the cost and postage upon receipt, providing they are clearly marked in the original packaging, and you have identified your concerns.
- If you change your mind about your purchase, you can either cancel it entirely or change some elements of it, provided we have not yet despatched it. Once despatched, and on receipt of the package, you can return it at your cost for a refund of the contents but not the P&P charge.
