Dahlia 'Evanah' AGM
This enchanting new decorative variety has flowers in a dreamy combination of lilac-pink and white. The number of petals varies markedly between individual flowers and the overall form is quite loose, resulting in a lovely, informal effect in the border. Great for cutting also.

Dahlia 'Honka Dark' (Honka Black)
There is a suspicion that 'Honka Dark' and 'Verrone's Obsidian' may be one and the same. It will take DNA testing to reveal the truth but it was noticeable that the plants we grew of 'Honka Black' did appear slightly taller and the petals a little less furled than those of 'Verrones Obsidian'. (not available this season). So, not much to call between them, but both excellent and unusual garden...

We totally fell in love with this beautiful variety at first sight. The colour is a very pale, delicate pink, verging towards lilac, and utterly bewitching. The flowers are produced on long, strong stems, ideal for cutting. Brides-to-be please note!
