We have admired thtis dahlia for some years, after seeing it in the field of one of the smaller growers in Holland. Unfortunately, it had the fault of fading quite a lot at the petal edges at that time. Now, after careful tuber selection over the years, a more stable version has emerged, which is what we are offering here. The flowers have good form and are of the richest ruby-black. It's a variety which will add a good dose of drama to any border or flower arrangement.
